Digital Marketer

As Digital Marketer you will develop and deliver the digital strategy for Greyfort Hotels Limited, part of the Greyfort Group, and ensure it aligns with the company’s brand and vision. You will increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication and brand presence across all digital and social media platforms. Greyfort Hotels Limited operates the Chateau Impney Hotel and Exhibition Centre and the Chateau Impney Hill Climb.

Key Responsibilities

Team leadership

To be proactive in delivering the teams objectives

Customer service

  • Maintain and develop good working relationships with existing and new customers
  • Be responsible for monitoring social media for customer comments
  • Conducting research and analysing data to define audiences

Operational management

Working within the Company’s strategies and objectives the role will undertake:

  • Overseeing and develop marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
  • Create and deliver social media platforms
  • Continuous research and analyse new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing
  • Ensuring approaches to social media are relevant and appropriate
  • Build reporting frameworks to evaluate return on investment on the varying platforms
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information
  • Responsible for and implementing/updating database.
  • Developing a content calendar across all platforms ensuring a constant supply of relevant content
  • Plan and deliver community management strategies through social media

Relationship management

To engage with customers using social media.  Creating and providing positive PR opportunities.   Maintaining and developing customer relations. The role will undertake: 

  • Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with key clients 
  • Establishing and maintaining active and constructive relationships with other teams in the organisation 
  • Ability to communicate with employees and clients in a professional and courteous manner

Health and safety

  • Ensure you are informed of, and trained in, safe practices and procedures in your specific areas of work

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven 2-year history in Digital Marketing
  • A recognised Digital Marketing qualification is essential
  • Up to date with advances in social media technology
  • Strong motivational and empowerment skills
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Motivation to learn and constantly improve processes
