As the sales/Business Development Manager of the Chateau Impney Hotel, part of the Greyfort Group, you will have the vision to develop into an inspiring individuals, providing exceptional customer service and experiences which constantly exceed expectations.
You will sell the Hotel, Exhibition Centre and the Hill Climb across varied market sectors through proactive sales activity. The role will be field based focusing on new business exploiting exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results. You will identify and pursue new business sales opportunities both by use of the company database, networking, B2B opportunities, exhibitions and client entertainment.
The company now offers a stylish setting for weddings and events with extensive conferencing and exhibition facilities, including the Regent centre, which is one of the largest exhibition spaces in the West Midlands.

Reports to: Sales Director
Responsible for: No direct reports
To be proactive in delivering the teams objectives
To deliver the hotel sales plan, whilst monitoring progress throughout the year, issuing forecasts and reacting to shortfalls with recovery plans/initiatives. This will be through

Ensure staff are informed of and trained in safe practices and procedures in their specific areas of work.
To comply with statutory and Company regulations relating to health and safety, food hygiene, licensing regulations, fire procedures and security of premises and property
