A Celebration Of Restoration
Now available in our bars and restaurant, we'd like to introduce our very own real ale, The Imp.
Exclusive to Chateau Impney, The Imp is a rich, smooth and wonderfully blended pale ale with a delicate citrus aroma, and is a must-try for all real ale aficionados!
We’re committed to working with regional suppliers, and we’re delighted to have collaborated with Warwickshire-based Church Farm Brewery, located just 30 miles away, to develop The Imp. The ale is brewed by hand with French Aramis hops grown in the Alsace region of France, English Marris Otter Malt and pure natural water from Church Farm’s private well.
The Imp is the perfect accompaniment to a meal in The Impney Restaurant, and it complements a wide range of dishes on our menu. Our Executive Chef suggests pairing it with the glazed pork belly and colcannon mash, and our General Manager recommends trying it with the Chateau fish pie and even our cheese board!
You can try The Imp at either of our relaxing bars, and no visit to Chateau Impney is complete without sampling a pint or two.
