The inaugural Impney Comedy Night was a truly unforgettable night, thanks to outstanding performances from top comedians Jason Byrne, Hal Cruttenden, Gary Delaney and Justin Moorhouse.
Hosted in association with Who Dares Grins Promotions, The Impney Comedy Night saw over 600 people flock to the Regent Centre to see an unforgettable line-up of award-winning performers.
Justin Moorhouse, best known for his roles in Peter Kay’s Phoenix Nights and Radio 5’s Fighting Talk, was the first to perform and had the crowd in fits with his observational comedy.
Gary Delaney’s well-honed set was a masterclass in quick-fire comedy, and his razor-sharp one-liners went down extremely well with the Impney audience.
Mock the Week regular Hal Cruttenden was the next to take to the stage, and treated the Chateau Impney crowd to a rip-roaring set of pure comedic gold.
However, it was headline act Jason Byrne who really stole the spotlight. His quick-witted, heavily improvised routine just wouldn’t have been the same without such a great audience. Easily the crowd favourite, Jason’s unforgettable performance had everyone in tears of laughter!
We were delighted to welcome such fantastic comedians to the Chateau, and we’re thrilled that everyone had such a great time. We’re pleased to announce that there will be another Impney Comedy Night before the end of the year, so watch this space to see who’ll be crossing the Regent Centre stage next!
